NFLLP performs a variety of engagements to suit our clients’ financial needs
Our auditing and accounting services are designed to add credibility to the financial information produced for a client or a third party.
Audit of Financial Statements:
We prepare audited financial statements for entities that require the highest level of assurance that their financials are free from material misstatement.
Review of Unaudited Financial Statements
In cases where audited financial statements are not required, we offer review engagements which provide limited assurance that financial statements as a whole do not contain material misstatements and in accordance with Canadian generally accepted accounting principles.
Unaudited Interim Financial Statements
Unaudited interim financial statements may also be prepared for submission to third parties in accordance with statutory or regulatory requirements, in the form of condensed or detailed financial statements, for example, interim financial reports intended for shareholders.
Compilation of Financial Information
We prepare compiled financial information for internal management purposes, transmission to particular creditors, or for preparing an income tax return.
Special Reports
Special Reports are required to satisfy specific contractual arrangements. For example:
- Reports on the gross sales of a tenant for calculating rent payable as a percentage of sales.
- Reports on royalties in the case of production under licence.
- Reports on data, such as those required under trust agreements.
